At Korean Glow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products or items that have been used.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@krglow.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately at support@krglow.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
